"The new look doesn't look good at all. Looks unfinished. Also, an ongoing malfunction of the app is that the number of supposed reviews is not accurate, many times there no actual reviews at all for the item. Search is ineffective and frustrating - for example when choosing the kids tab, the search results are men's."

"kann ich gar nicht empfehlen. Anfangs war alles gut uns wurde alles erklärt durch eine Präsentation allgemeine Sicherheit Grundlagen.Danach wurde uns unsere Mentoren vorgestellt,dann hat uns die Mentorin alles gezeigt alles drum und dran alles noch gut.Der nächste tag wurde uns verschiedene bereiche gezeigt kleine Bemerkung:Anfangs sind die Mentoren sehr nett aber nach 2 tagen sind die unfreundlich wenn du ein kleinen Fehler machst oder wenn du in denn großen logistik räume dich verläufst und nicht pünktlich da bist wenn es auch 2-3 min sind wirst du angemeckert und dass wo dein 2 tag ist.Und da kommen die mit der ausrede ja wir haben dir es Gestern gezeigt,ob mann es direkt auswendig lernt !! ich muss mich korrigieren bestimmt nicht jeder Mentor/in ist so gemein ich hatte das Pech dass ich so eine bekommen habe,ich hoffe ihr bekommt die nicht.und was ich auch sehr komisch finde ich dass,wo die meinte es wird nur deutsch geredet weil die kein englisch sprechen konnte und da gab´s ein in meiner Gruppe der kein deutsch konnte nur englisch ich und ein andere kollege mussten ihn das alles übersetzen weil die Mentorin kein englisch konnte.In einen internationalen Unternehmen müsste mann doch als Mentor englisch sprechen können.Wie schon gesagt ist nicht an alle Mentoren gemeint.Ein positiven punkt habe ich das essen in der Kantine ist super für niedrige preise.Leider nicht Gratis !!!! , Bus Verhältnis ist auch super !!!!!!"

"Das Bewerbungsgespräch war bei mir angenehm. Es wurden mir so viele Dinge versprochen die nicht eingehalten wurden. Das Arbeitstempo ist sehr schnell, es dreht sich alles nur um Zahlen mehr produzieren mehr mehr mehr. Du stehst als Mensch komplett im Hintergund. Obwohl ich so viele Negative Dinge über Zalando gehört habe, habe ich mir gedacht komm ich versuchs einmal. Ich arbeite schon so lange in der Branche nichts war so schlimm wie hier. So viele Kündigungen durch die Mitarbeiter selber habe ich selten gesehen. Recherchiert bevor ihr euch wirklich für dieses Unternehmen entscheidet Es werden so viele Dinge versprochen und nicht eingehalten jeden Monat viele Kündigungen, da viele Mitarbeiter sehr unzufrieden sind. Arbeitsbedingungen sehr hart. Verdienst unbeschreiblich schlecht. Ich würde Zalando niemandem empfehlen! Die Zahlen werden immer weiter nach oben gepuscht, damit man viele Kleidungsstücke am Tag produziert. Styling ist der Job auf keinen fall. Du bist ganz klar eine billige anziehilfe.NICHTS das Obst was versprochen wurde ist manchmal auch schlechtEinfach alles ich weiß wirklich nicht wo ich da anfangen soll"

"Zalando nutzt ihre Fotografen 6 Monate aus und kurz vor ende der Probezeit schmeissen Sie einen raus egal wie gut und wieviel mann gemacht hat. Sie locken mit anfangs guten Angeboten von gratis getränken usw.. im nachhinein zahlt es sich nicht aus. Mann wird ständig überwacht und muss Akkordarbeit leisten. Für einen Fotograf der etwas dazu lernen will und sich kreativ einbringen will ist dieser Ort nichts. Wenn man für wenig Geld viel und lange arbeiten will ist dieser Ort perfekt."

"Man fühlt sich wie in einem Arbeitslager. Ständig bekommt man Druck, dass man Stückzahlen einhält. Weg zum Pausenraum (nur dort darf man essen) je nach Arbeitsplatz locker 5 min, und das bei gerade Mal 20 Minuten Pause. Man läuft sich die Füße blutig. In der Kantine sieht man dann die Vorgesetzen, wie sie in aller Ruhe Kicker spielen und lachen. Als ich gekündigt habe haben mich 2 Sicherheitsmitarbeiter beobachtet, wie ich meinen Spind ausgeräumt habe."

"From my experience Zalando have been unreliable, and staff don't seem to understand of their own terms and conditions, or what their part in a contract is. I ordered two jackets two weeks ago at a large discount (€60 v €165 full price), great deal or so I thought. I chased them after 5 days as the items were stuck in a distribution centre in Germany. I chased again after another week had passed, and they said the courier lost the package. Even though the item was still in stock, they cancelled the order and said they refunded the money (which still hasn't hit my account). If I wanted the jackets I would have to reorder (prices are now €165 each). After some arguing they agreed as a "gesture of goodwill" that if I paid €330 upfront, they would hold for seven days minimum and then refund the difference when the item shipped. Who knows when that would be? Not only are they completely breaking the terms of the original contract, their own Ts and Cs states if an item is in stock it will be shipped to the consumer per the original order. Only when it is out of stock will a refund be issued. I pointed this out to them but they annoyingly gloss over that on all correspondence and say "computer says no". One positive is that they get back fast, but I have found them unreliable, frustrating to deal with, and worst of all not willing to stick to their own terms if it doesn't suit them. Be wary of their good deals."

"This is my first and last order. I made an order last nov 28, 2019 for a jeans and bib . The payment reflected in my bank was Dec 2. December 8 I received a mail saying that my order bib was canceled due to technical error . Dec 12 , I received a mail regarding the payment for bib . I just ignored it since i paid . January 17 they send me invoice plus additional invoice and they charge me for the delivery as well . I told the costumer service that why should i paid for something that i already paid , thats why i made 2 orders at the same time to save delivery charge.Then after a few exhanges of mail from costumer service she said " We have only received a payment covering the jeans. We did not receive any payment for the bib and hence we couldn't make a refund for them in that order. We took another look on order . Since the bib was cancelled in the previous order by logistic, we have now refunded the delivery fee and would like to pay back 25 kr For a refund . How did they come up with25 kr refund??? They should update their system so often to prevent such incident , cause if i dont insist the truth i could easily give in to the invoice they ask me to pay AGAIN."

"Ordered a pair of trainers in Size 11 on Black Friday. After I successfully paid for my order and was presented with an order summary page etc, I strangely didn’t receive an order confirmation. Contacted customer service to enquire, and it turned out that the payment method I used for my order wasn’t “authorised”, when in fact the full amount of my order was successfully deducted from my PayPal to Zalando. The payment status on PayPal for this transaction even stated: “COMPLETED”. Now my size is out of stock and I’m waiting for a refund..."

"extremely disorganized and unprofessional company who will keep your money if you do not realize and only make the refunds if you chase them. Their response after i realized that they owed me 7000 kr and i asked how was it was possible that they did not make the refund and did not contact me if there was any problem with it..." you need to call us for your refunds..that is how things work at zalando". first their system does not work well and all of the sudden you are only allowed to make a transfer, no credit card or paypal payment is allowed. when i contacted them few times to ask to please fix this their response was "that is how our system works and we cannot do anything". then because the payment did not come from paypal or directly from the credit card, they simply do not handle cancellations or returns and will not even contact you if they owe you money that they have not refunded for whatever reason. Today it was a shocking surprise when i realized that they have not refunded me from one cancellation and a return order from 6 months ago."

"I have to say I've found the company good with orders in the past. I appreciate people will invariably post a review when things go wrong and this is the case here. I returned an order to them on 8th January and 10 days later have had no confirmation of acceptance or refund. I won't shopping with them again in a hurry. I would expect more from such a huge company."

"Waited two weeks for two products to never even ship out. "We are packing your order" it said - for two weeks. No information from them. Were they ever shipped? No. They finally cancelled my order. Like they never had the products in their warehouse. Why list the products as "in", when they are not? After all i got the money "back". While i was waiting, i could not cancel my order. I was stuck. And if you are lucky and google a lot, you will find their mail, only to get a robotic answer "so sorry, we notify you when we ship". They do not answer their phone ever. Ive been a loyal costumer for years, and this made me step away and order from a smaller online store. I guess this is what happens when a business scale and grow too fast. The costumer service and respect for costumers when it comes to questions/worry etc - is NOT GOOD ENOUGH. In the end i got a wopping 10% cupon. Are you kidding me.."

"Unreliable. I've made two orders from Zalando. First one order went through and my order was being processed but a couple of daysafter my purchase I got a message that my order had been cancelled. Alright.. Spoke to customer service who could not give me an explanation to why my order was cancelled, but assured me my money would be sent back(they were). They recommended me to try again, so I did. Ordered several items (summer essentials, since we can't go out shopping during these times) I've waited two weeks now, and I've just recieved an email saying they cancelled som items from my order?? SO I will recieve only half of what I ordered I guess. If it ever shows up! On heir website it says 7-10 days wait.. I've waited 15 days now. I do understand these times we have to be extra patient and adjust, but what upsets me is the fact that I made my order, purchasing important clothing essentials, and then later im finding out that I will recieved just half my order, and now I will have to start over with another provider. I would have apprecieted knowing this earlier so I could have the chance to buy the item in question elsewhere earlier than now... Anyhow I have concluded that this is a very unreliable website, and I will never order anything from them again, I dont have the nerves"
